ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DATES
Please ensure you check the dates of your booking carefully on your booking confirmation. If you arrive before 1pm or depart after 11am you may be charged an extra full day
Sites pre-booked during the year for the following December/January period must be confirmed by the 31st October. Failure to do so will forfeit the site/s booked and any deposit.
Deposits will not be refunded if if less than 2 weeks notice is given
There will be no refund or transfer of deposits or refund of site fees if you leave the camp early due to bad weather.
A deposit per site is required to confirm all bookings.
BALANCE OF ACCOUNTS
Payable on arrival, sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals. Additional guests to those booked will incur additional charges.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
If you book through our online booking system a credit/debit card is required. Balance of Payments at the camp can be made by eftpos/cash on arrival – CREDIT CARD payments are not available at the motor camp.
CHECK IN TIME
After 1pm - please advise if you are arriving later than 6 pm, so that we can arrange late arrival instructions and support.
CHECK OUT TIME
Strictly 10am, please be prompt.
Our Tarff/Prices are reviewed annually for the new season starting 1 July each year. Please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next and the new rates will apply.
